Rhassoul Clay from Atlas mountains in Morocco is very rich in minerals and an exceptional ingredient in skin and hair care. Moroccan Rhassoul Clay lessens dryness, enhances skin clarity and elasticity and has extractive abilities (Removes surface oil and oil from inside and around clogged hair follicles ) that confiscate impurities and unblock pores, even stubborn blackheads resulting in a general smoothing of the surface skin.
As a hair treatment, Red Moroccan Clay cleanses the hair, removing impurities, and leaves hair bouncy and voluminous.

Appearance: Fine light red colored powder.
Benefits: Moroccan Red Clay cleanses, detoxifies and exfoliates the skin, leaving it refreshed, toned and rejuvenated. It is most widely used in cosmetic manufacturing.
Application: Red clay can be used in detoxifying body wraps, soap making, face masks, mineral based or cream based cleansers, face or body scrubs, cosmetics and facial powders.
Recipes: Deep Cleansing Face Mask Combine 1 oz of clay to 3 tbsp of water, add 1 tsp of vegetable glycerin and 2 drops each of geranium and grapefruit pink essential oils to form a paste. Apply to the skin and leave for about 10 minutes and wash off with warm water. Floral water or aloe vera gel juice can be substituted for water.
Mineral Bath A half-cup of powdered Red clay can be added to a tub of warm water to soothe sunburned or irritated skin, or relieve arthritis or muscle pains.
